WeRoad was born from the desire to bring together people who want to discover the world in small groups. Each tour has a coordinator who already knows the destination, who takes care of the logistical aspects and invites the participants to get to known each other even before departure by creating a dedicated group on WhatsApp.
The company leverages hundreds of coordinators to allow travellers to reach destinations all over the globe. It stands out from other players in the tourism space in targeting small groups aged 25-35 and 35-45, interfacing directly with travellers, and enabling them to choose their own travel "mood", in order to live the best possible experience.
WeRoad currently operates in Italy, Spain and the UK, with plans for further international expansion. Its growth and success are exemplified by £100 million in revenue in 2024 alongside 200,000 customers and 103 countries booking with it. Its next growth phase will focus on new product innovations such as WeRoadX, thematic trip planning and Weekend Trip itineraries for the Spanish and Italian markets.
