Our take

WeRoad was born from the desire to bring together people who want to discover the world in small groups. Each tour has a coordinator who already knows the destination, who takes care of the logistical aspects and invites the participants to get to known each other even before departure by creating a dedicated group on WhatsApp.

The company leverages hundreds of coordinators to allow travellers to reach destinations all over the globe. It stands out from other players in the tourism space in targeting small groups aged 25-35 and 35-45, interfacing directly with travellers, and enabling them to choose their own travel "mood", in order to live the best possible experience.

WeRoad currently operates in Italy, Spain and the UK, with plans for further international expansion. The most recent addition to its offering is a luxury solo offering, the WeRoad Collection, that enables solo travellers to explore remote locations in countries such as Japan, Vietnam, and Tanzania, without having to sacrifice their preferences for luxury accommodation and comforts.
