Classically, despite private and pre-IPO investments offering lucrative returns, few investors have been able to add them to their portfolios due to gatekeeping by the uber rich. PrePO is a decentralized trading platform that allows all investors to gain access to pre-public assets, democratizing investing in this sector.

PrePO was founded in 2021 as a pushback against the opaque private market and the barriers to accessing it. Its platform, which is the first of its kind, enables users to invest in pre-IPO stocks and pre-IDO tokens in its synthetic asset markets. Users can exit positions at any time, utilize concentrated liquidity to magnify their yields, and earn passive yield and token rewards to further boost their profits, alongside a host of other options.

Amongst the assets listed on PrePO’s synthetic markets are companies like SpaceX and Stripe, which can be expected to raise significant interest amongst investors. The company secured impressive funds to accelerate development and expand business reach, with future prospects including PPO staking and gamified staking rewards.
