Who you are

  • We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Recruiter to build and lead our talent function
  • 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting
  • Proven success in scaling recruitment efforts for growing companies
  • Expertise in sourcing and recruiting top-tier talent
  • Strong understanding of recruiting tools and technology
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in a venture startup environment preferred

What the job involves

  • As a player-coach, this individual will be responsible for designing and executing talent acquisition strategies while mentoring and developing a high-performing talent team
  • Working closely with our founders, they’ll play a critical role in scaling our organization by attracting and hiring top-tier talent, fostering a culture of excellence, and establishing processes to support our long-term growth
  • Act as a player-coach by directly recruiting for key roles while mentoring and developing a high-performing talent team
  • Create and implement scalable processes for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent across diverse functions
  • Partner with founders and leadership to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align talent acquisition strategies with business goals
  • Analyze recruiting metrics to continuously optimize the talent acquisition process and ensure an excellent candidate experience
  • Develop and maintain a strong employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates

Our take

Range is one of these companies and has created an all-in-one wealth management platform for high earners.

Range’s solutions for wealth management include investment consultancy, tax, retirement, education, and estate planning as well as insurance optimisation. Alongside its teams of service providers, Range also uses AI to offer personalised customer guidance and evaluations.

With substantial Series A awarded in 2023, Range is a young company that emerged out of the pandemic and so has started out strong. It will use its funds to expand its product and engineering teams and speed up the development of its AI fintech tools.
