- This role requires strong strategic selling skills, deep cybersecurity domain knowledge, and the ability to deliver value-based solutions to Fortune 1000 customers
- 6 or more years of enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS, with a track record of exceeding quota and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including deals with an average size of $500k or more
- Deep familiarity with enterprise security buying processes in regulated industries, and deep understanding of the cybersecurity solutions sought by enterprise customers, CISOs, and other C-suite officers
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills with C-suite executives, along with the ability to identify and articulate competitive differentiation and customer value proposition
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across internal and partner teams, including experience working with channel and alliance partners and a strong understanding of channel-centric go-to-market approaches
- Experience building new pipeline of customers while fostering relationships with existing customers
- Leadership skills that drive results, fostering an ecosystem of people including sales engineers, channel, marketing, executive sponsors, immediate management, and procurement to effectively advance enterprise sales campaigns to close
- Superb organizational and reporting skills; Salesforce experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or technical background is preferred
- Willingness to travel across the U.S. as needed (up to 25%); experience in a hypergrowth environment is preferred
What the job involves
- As a Key Account Manager - Prompt, you will be tasked with driving growth and expanding SentinelOne's footprint across large enterprise accounts in the United States
- You will represent Prompt Security, SentinelOne's comprehensive GenAI security platform, helping enterprise organizations safely and efficiently adopt GenAI, while driving SentinelOne's US enterprise strategy and revenue execution
- Manage full sales lifecycle for large and strategic U.S.-based enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals through direct selling and partner co-selling
- Work with cross-functional partners (Sales Engineers, Marketing, Channel, Legal) to close deals
- Build long-term strategic relationships with senior security and IT executives
- Influence enterprise technology decisions by showcasing SentinelOne's platform advantages
- Engage in high-level negotiations and contractual discussions
- Provide accurate sales forecasts, pipeline visibility, and deal updates in Salesforce
- Attend regional events, trade shows, and client meetings across the U.S

SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation with machine learning-focused software designed to help businesses defend against online attacks.
The company has expanded beyond endpoint security into a broader AI-powered cybersecurity platform spanning endpoint, cloud, identity, and IT operations. This gives SentinelOne access to a larger enterprise market, although it also it also places the company in direct competitions with established cybersecurity leaders, including its biggest rival, CrowdStrike.
