Sales Development Representative, Scarlet

• You have 2+ years experience in a sales development or similar role (preferably in a regulated industry)
• You possess strong research skills and can quickly understand complex products/services
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are comfortable building relationships with prospective customers at all levels
• You have consistently demonstrated the ability to perform, no matter the obstacles.
• You're self-motivated, mission-oriented, and able to take initiative to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Proactively respond to and qualify inbound leads generated from various marketing channels
• Research, identify, and engage with potential leads within our target market
• Conduct initial outreach and use a consultative approach to understand and qualify prospects' needs based on established criteria
