Who you are
- Communication - you build relationships through your strong phone / video presence and excellent written language capability

- Analytical: We are looking for students who are more analytically inclined and interested in developing a career path in strategy, operations or analytics
- To be eligible you must be an undergraduate student in a placement year course returning to study Autumn 2026, you also will need to have the right to work in UK already in place
- If you are studying something Finance or Business related it would be a plus, however from experience you don’t need a specific degree background to be successful as a placement student in box
What the job involves
- 12 month work placement as part of degree
- Our local GTM Operations team partners on multiple initiatives with stakeholders spanning Sales, Marketing & Services teams, Compensation Design & Administration, Finance, Systems & Data Management, and more
- Our responsibilities range from: providing top to bottom sales cycle business analytics & insights, leading our sales forecasting & pipeline generation motion, managing our Salesforce data hygiene and upholding/developing Box’s internal processes
- Cross-functional collaboration & data-analytics is at the heart of this highly visible team!
- As the GTM Operations Placement student YOU will join this dynamic team, supporting various ad hoc & recurring projects designed to improve operational excellence and accelerate our growth in the EMEA region
- Run the business processes, such as building & delivering weekly performance reports, structuring & driving team meetings, and maintaining CRM data-hygiene
- Driving projects end-to-end, supporting business leaders with initiatives aligned to our go-to-market strategy
- Diving-deep into complex data-sets to provide insights & recommendations to our EMEA leadership team
