Who you are
- A native German speaker (C2) and fluency in English is a must have for this Sales Development Representative role
- Previous SDR or relatable experience is required, however we don’t expect you to know everything right away, you’ll be provided with all of the training and tools needed to succeed, as well as be welcomed into our friendly team with open arms
- Previous inbound sales experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment

What the job involves
- As part of our continued growth, we’re now looking for a fluent German speaking Sales Development Representative to focus primarily on our inbound funnel in the DACH market

- Your role will be to qualify and engage potential customers, ultimately driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the DACH region
- Your mission is to transform interest into opportunity by qualifying warm leads, uncovering pain points, and setting our Account Executives up for success
- Your daily activities will be completed primarily by telephone, email and LinkedIn, but will also include other methods such as video and voice-notes, for example. You’ll utilise a question-based and value-led approach to establish connections with inbound leads, as well as using our targeting criteria, intent and signal data to engage accounts showing high levels of interest in Dealfront
- Our SDR’s occasionally attend networking events whenever necessary, to build relationships and generate leads, as well as ad-hoc in person team building events and coaching

Oftentimes, sales and marketing teams operate separately instead of in tandem. For instance, the marketing department might deploy digital marketing strategies to drive traffic to the company's website, using marketing funnels to convert them into leads, while the sales department cold-contacts people - an expensive and ineffective process that Dealfront aims to update.
The company, formed from the 2022 merger of Echobot and Leadfeeder, provides a go-to-market platform that bridges the gap between marketing analytics and sales. With Dealfront, businesses can focus their efforts on the highest-value customers (companies actively searching or in need of their solutions), reducing time lost pursuing leads that do not convert to sales.
Post-merger, the company has raised substantial funding that will be invested in international expansion and hiring new talent, with the rebranded Dealfront name already serving upwards of 8000 clients. Operating in a strong market that is expected to surpass $9.5bn by 2028, Dealfront is well-positioned to meet, and possibly exceed, its growth plans.
