  • We're looking for a talented full-stack engineer who's passionate about what we're building and ready to do the best work of their career

  • You have some experience building products in recruiting space
  • You have experience working with Typescript, Node.js, React
  • You have at least 2 years of working experience (preferably as a full-stack engineer)

What the job involves

  • We’re building the recruiting O/S of the future powered by AI. Using Betterleap for sourcing, outreach and collaboration, recruiters can 10x their productivity and make data-driven decisions
  • Our customers include tech-savvy recruiters at startups, recruiting agencies, and VC talent partners who understand the value of data-driven recruiting, automation and AI
  • Betterleap product consists of three primary elements: sourcing extension, outreach automation, and AI writing tool
  • You will own a large area of Betterleap's product experience, in each vertical
  • You will work across the stack, even across different disciplines (e.g. engineering, design, product management)
  • You will play an integral role in building our culture as the company grows
  • You will collaborate closely with us (Khaled, Anna, and Matt) on shaping future roadmaps and making company decisions

Our take

Recruitment is an essential part of scaling a business, but it can be time-consuming and inefficient. Sourcing candidates, creating online job board listings, analyzing workforce gaps, and communicating with applicants all require a lot of manual and repetitive admin, showing demand for a modernized, streamlined, and automatable recruitment process.

Betterleap provides an all-in-one recruitment platform for businesses, helping them to identify gaps in employment through analytics, automate job listings, and engage with prospective employees. The platform integrates directly into existing recruitment platforms such as Ashby and Greenhouse, helping to augment the workflows of recruiters without having to renew infrastructure.

Whilst the company will face challenges from other HR platforms, Betterleap has recognized that existing solutions are often fragmented in functionality, creating an alternative solution that provides an all-in-one suite of recruitment tools. It is backed by leading venture capital firms, securing a Seed funding round that will be used to grow its team, invest in R&D and expand its go-to-market strategy.
