What the job involves
- Reporting to the Manager of Business Development, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in prospecting new business for the company
- If you are looking to get in on the ground floor of a high-growth startup and be a part of a founding sales team, we’re excited to chat with you
- Sourcing, reaching out to, and qualifying leads to convey Beyond’s value proposition
- Converting qualified leads into scheduled product demos for our Account Executive team
- Collaborating cross-functionally to share and learn from best practices
- Quota attainment based on qualified leads & activity
- Supporting other Business Development Representatives through specific tasks, including helping to build demand generation content on a monthly basis
- Additional strategic responsibilities to support the overall expansion of their key market, in collaboration with the AE assigned to the territory

- Interview with our Manager, Business Development
- Complete an assignment and present to the Manager of Business Development and the Manager of Global Business Development
- Have a final interview with our Chief Revenue Officer
Our take
The demand for a short-term rental property depends on a wide range of real-time events, but this is often not considered when they are priced. Long-term analytics will often have an effect on prices based on annual events such as music festivals, but real-time events are rarely considered.
Beyond facilitates dynamic pricing solutions by finding the highest price customers are willing to pay for a short-term property rental. The startup achieves this through algorithmically analyzing real-time data such as customer information, current events and feedback to decide on a valuation.
The startup has supported thousands of property owners to optimize their listings across sites such as Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com. A 2025 partnership with Booking.com has seen Beyond broaden its reach to bring dynamic pricing to more property owners and managers across the globe.
