Who you are

1+ years of experience in direct recruiting coordination
1+ years of office management or a related administrative role
Experience with Greenhouse or ModernLoop is preferred but not required

What the job involves

Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and on-site interviews in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Serve as a backup contact for office operations/facility maintenance, including supply management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support
Manage the end-to-end candidate experience by working closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers
Support various recruiting-related administrative tasks, including offer coordination, onboarding assistance, and data management
Support occasional In-house and Virtual events (All-Hands, Happy Hours, Team Building Events etc.)
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate tracking in applicant tracking systems (ATS), Google Sheets, and other relevant tools

The platform, which is used by over 120,000 companies, from small businesses to Fortune 500 enterprises, received $150 million in VC in 2025, which is being used to accelerate its investment in AI and grow its enterprise capabilities.
