- You have 3+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a related field
- You’re comfortable working with Salesforce and can build reports, dashboards, and workflows
- You have experience with sales engagement tools like Outreach and can leverage them to optimize team productivity
- You’re highly analytical and enjoy diving into data to solve problems and uncover insights
- You’re detail-oriented with a knack for creating streamlined processes
- You’re an effective communicator and collaborator, able to work across teams to achieve goals
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale and optimize our sales processes
- As part of our team, you’ll help bridge the gap between our Product-Led Growth (PLG) roots and our expanding sales motion
- Support and maintain our sales tech stack, with a focus on Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency
- Assist in the creation and management of commission structures, territory plans, and performance reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics, including pipeline health, SDR impact, and quota attainment
- Partner with the sales team to identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, provide insights, and help shape decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support sales goals

The product’s broad client applications include finance, logistics, and space. It serves hundreds of customers, with tens of thousands of other organizations using the TimescaleDB platform in the community (including companies like IBM, Microsoft, Pfizer, and Samsung, among others.)
