Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in data-driven growth B2B marketing
- Strategic mind with analytical hands – you can think high-level about business objectives on Monday and dive deep into campaign performance data by Tuesday
- Multi-channel acquisition expertise with a proven track record of scaling enterprise and grwoth customer growth while keeping CAC in check. Experience with SEO is a plus
- Creative testing experience and a keen eye for what messaging resonates with different audience segments
- Data storytelling abilities – you can turn a spreadsheet of numbers into a compelling narrative about where to invest next
- Collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills – you'll be working cross functionally with product marketing, content, and leadership

What the job involves
- We're looking for a data-obsessed Growth Marketing Manager to join our marketing team at Mutiny and lead our paid acquisition initiatives
- Reporting into the Head of Revenue Marketing, you'll be the architect behind our multi-channel growth strategy, with the autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works
- Think of yourself as part treasure hunter (discovering new acquisition channels) and part mathematician (optimizing our CAC)
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth strategies through paid acquisition with a focus on LinkedIn and paid media digital channels that make our pipeline line go up and to the right (we like that direction)
- Pioneer new frontiers by testing and scaling nascent paid acquisition channels
- Track, optimize, and report on key marketing metrics including CAC, ROAS, and CVRs across the funnel
- Leverage next generation analytics and targeting tools like Metabase, GA4, and Rockerbox to measure campaign effectiveness and uncover growth opportunities
- Collaborate seamlessly with our content and ABM team members to ensure your brilliant acquisition strategies amplify their equally brilliant initiatives

- Round 1 (45 minutes): you’ll meet with the Head of Revenue Marketing to discuss your experience in content marketing and how this role aligns with your career goals
- Round 2 (45 minutes): you’ll meet with members of the marketing team to dive deeper into your experience and see if you have potential to be a great fit for Mutiny
- Round 3 (45 minutes): you’ll present in front of the interview panel for us to see your creativity and ability to think front to end of a great campaign
Our take
For many businesses, personalizing their messaging and media for multiple audiences can be very extremely difficult, meaning that most advertising spend is wasted. Mutiny solves this problem by giving marketers access to a suite of AI-powered personalization tools, allowing a company to serve thousands of different versions of its website, tailored to each individual visitor based on a user's demographics and market segment.
Mutiny is one among many companies operating in the highly competitive marketing optimization space, including several others that use AI tools such as Constructor and Intellimize. However it is unique in that it provides a self-service function whereas other AI tools offer a slower and less flexible managed service. This has allowed Mutiny to carve out a significant niche in the sector, gaining DropBox, Snowflake and Carta among its growing customer base.
Mutiny raised significant funding in a 2022 Series B round. This capital is being used to onboard talent, doubling the size of the team. It is also investing heavily in its technology to ensure that its AI remains accurate in determining customer preferences. As companies continue to invest more and more into their online marketing spend, Mutiny is in a strong position to continue its rapid growth.
