Revenue Operations Manager, Rho

• We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to serve as the highest-leverage operator across our entire GTM function. You will be the strategic backbone for sales, growth marketing, customer success, and partnerships
• This is not an admin role. It is foundational RevOps in its purest form
• You will build and manage the systems that power frontline execution. You will support every manager across pipeline management, instrumentation, and strategy
• You will implement AI-native workflows, launch data visibility from scratch, and own the GTM stack. You will move fast, work directly with leadership, and create leverage across hundreds of workflows
• Design and implement the core systems that support sales and customer success workflows
• Own and optimize the GTM tech stack
• Build automations, routing logic, triggers, and workflows that drive rep productivity
• Partner with frontline managers to improve territory planning, pipeline coverage, forecasting, and executional rigor
• Develop dashboards and reporting for real-time visibility into conversion rates, performance, and risk
• Create infrastructure for experimentation, GTM plays, and fast iteration
• Identify bottlenecks across the funnel and solve with automation and design, not headcount
• Build systems that are fast, clean, and built to scale
