Marketing Program Manager, Snap

• 8+ years of senior-level program management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Desirable

• We are seeking a Program Manager to lead project efforts for the Creative & Marketing team. Responsibilities include scoping, forecasting, planning, communication, and process management for projects
• Facilitate communication and collaboration within the Creative & Marketing team to ensure successful execution of creative ideas
• Serve as the central point of information for project deadlines, timelines, deliverables, and feedback
• Partner with Marketers to define project timing, scope, and deliverables for efficient kickoffs
• Manage project forecasting and scoping, working with Resource Management for staffing
• Review Marketing plans for completeness before project kickoffs
• Oversee the successful execution and delivery of various project types (digital, video, collateral, OOH, etc.)
• Maintain a global calendar and status sheet for the team, as well as individual timelines
• Identify and resolve team-wide issues, proposing workflow improvements and partnering with leadership for implementation
• Actively seek to improve work processes and efficiencies
