• As an Intern Finance (m/f/d), you will support the Finance team in daily operations, gaining hands-on experience across Accounts Payable and General Accounting processes.
• This role offers a great opportunity to build a strong foundation in finance by working closely with experienced professionals and contributing to essential business activities
• Primarily support the Accounts Payable team in the timely and accurate processing and posting of incoming invoices, ensuring proper coding, approvals, and compliance with internal policies (purchase-to-pay process)
• Work closely with the global AP team and gain exposure to global processes, tools, and compliance standards across different countries
• Analyze invoice processing flow to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and recurring issues, and propose improvement ideas to streamline the end-to-end process
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, IT, local finance) to troubleshoot and resolve delays in invoice processing or data inconsistencies
• Contribute to automation and digitalization initiatives by supporting testing or implementation of new tools or process enhancements
• Support the Accounting team with ad-hoc analyses and reports
