Who you are

At least 5 years of B2B SaaS Growth Marketing experience
Expert in digital campaigns - SEO, paid search, social, paid ads, etc. (particularly, you should excel in organic/paid social and ads)
Strong analytical mindset to set KPIs, analyse data and uncover insights
Ability to experiment and optimize for peak campaign performance
Experience showing pipeline and revenue impact of marketing through Lead Generation
Collaborative style to build consensus and drive growth
Proven project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives
Strong experience with using marketing platforms (e.g. Hubspot)

What the job involves

As the first Growth Marketer at Robin AI, you will play a crucial role in drive scalable lead generation to continue the growth of our revenue generating engine
You will build and execute innovative digital campaigns to boost our pipeline and accelerate revenue growth
Reporting to the CEO, you will shape our Growth Marketing strategy globally, you will oversee campaign planning, creative, and performance analytics to capture and convert net new prospects
Build the Growth Marketing strategy from awareness to conversion
Design, implement and create integrated campaigns across channels, including SEO, content, email, paid ads, social and lead nurturing
Design digital experiences that engage and convert target accounts
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, evaluate and optimize campaigns, report on KPIs, and guide data-driven decisions
Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to improve messaging, collateral, and sales enablement
Work cross-functionally to align the Growth Marketing function with business goals
Continuously improve processes, tech stack, and automation to set up and manage lead nurturing campaigns, monitor lead scoring, and optimise the lead lifecycle

This is supported through guidance consultation and enterprise grade encryption to ensure security. Robin's edge comes from its combination of advanced machine learning, which analyses businesses' contracts, and its team of human legal experts, who validate the output. Robin AI claims to be able to reduce customers legal by up to 75% through its software.

The company has a growing list of international clients and its team has extensive backgrounds in both law and technology. Further, recent funding will be used to expand its US team, an important step because three-quarters of the company's revenues come from the US. The Series B will also be used to open an office in Singapore as Robin AI expands into Asia Pacific and develop its existing AI and machine learning experts team.
