Talent Acquisition Partner, Cynet

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on US (GTM) hiring
• Technical recruiting experience- advantage
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles and levels
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment in the US
• This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in GTM recruitment, capable of collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfill staffing requirements across various departments
• The ideal candidate should be based in the Boston area and able to work in the office three times a week
