Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on US (GTM) hiring
- Technical recruiting experience- advantage
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various roles and levels
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment in the US
- This position requires a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of experience in GTM recruitment, capable of collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to fulfill staffing requirements across various departments
- The ideal candidate should be based in the Boston area and able to work in the office three times a week
