Who you are
- You have prior experience as an SDR or Account Executive in a startup or scale-up
- You are a graduate (Bac+5 or equivalent)
- You speak English at B2-C1 level 🇬🇧

What the job involves
- In collaboration with our experienced team, your role will be to identify new business opportunities while strengthening our relationships with clients
- You will play a key role 🔑 in converting a lead into a satisfied client
- To achieve this, you’ll need to understand the client’s specific needs, establish transparent and trustworthy relationships, and facilitate their journey through the sales cycle until deals are closed 💪
- Assist clients (firm requests, obtained via marketing or repeat clients) in finding solutions for their seminar/team-building needs through the Naboo product and collection
- Qualify inbound leads generated by marketing or SDR, including proposing solutions, closing deals, and seeking repeat business within the client account
- Suggest improvements for internal processes
- Participate in product development
- Contribute to strategic thinking at Naboo
- Train new arrivals
- The job does not involve cold prospecting

- Interview with a sales manager (1 hour)
- Speed dating with 3-4 random Naboo team members (15 min each)
