Role
Who you are
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or related role, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector
- Strong understanding of SaaS succes factors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Proficiency in project management software and other relevant tools
- Energy and grit to join a fast growing startup
- Eager to continuously improve business processes
- Dare to experiment and be flexible to change direction when needed
- Keen on working autonomously in a flat and equal company-structure
- Can think outside of the box
- You speak English and either Dutch or German fluently

What the job involves
- Managing Stakeholders:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hospital management and other key stakeholders
- Acting as the primary point of contact for hospitals and end users, addressing their needs and concerns
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is integrated into product development
- Tracking Success of Customers:
- Monitoring and analysing customer usage data to track the success and adoption of our app
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction
- Providing regular reports on customer success metrics to customers and the rest of the team
- Owning KPIs:
- Owning and managing key performance indicators (KPIs) for your customers, including Net Promoter Score (NPS), revenue, and usage
- Developing and executing plans to achieve and exceed KPI targets
- Continuously evaluating and optimising customer success processes to improve KPI performance
- Onboarding Users:
- Leading the onboarding process for new users, including doctors and nurses
- Providing comprehensive training and support to ensure a smooth transition to using our app
- Developing and maintaining onboarding materials and resources
- Supporting End Users and Admins:
- Providing ongoing support to end users and administrators, addressing any issues or questions they may have
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and proactively address potential issues
- Conducting regular check-ins with customers to ensure their continued success

Autoscriber is an AI tool relieving doctors & physiotherapists of medical administration by extracting relevant information from patient consultations and updating electronic health records (EHR) independently.
There is considerable opportunity for Autoscriber to disrupt the industry. Its time saving offering is going to be increasingly valuable as the number of medical professionals continues to decline, putting increasing strain on the healthcare system.
Focused on the Dutch hospital market, Autoscriber recently raised investment and is using the capital gained to further develop its software and hire more people to support the increase in demand.
