- Minimum of 5+ years of full cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience working in both small and large tech companies
- Experience recruiting for an array of software engineering and product roles, inclusive of specialized and niche positions
- Experience networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Mastery of ATS systems (we use Greenhouse)
What the job involves
- We're searching for a highly experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to manage hiring for Engineering, Product, and Design roles
- As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will support hiring for technical roles and develop deep internal partnerships, while providing an excellent candidate experience
- We're looking for someone who wants to push the boundaries on the craft of recruitment
- Source, recruit, and hire top software engineers who will play a key role in building the Sentry product suite
- Provide full life cycle recruiting support for Engineering, Product, and Design teams
- Act as a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners
- Source, evaluate, network, and hire top tier talent
- Provide an outstanding candidate and interviewer experience
- Use hiring metrics to develop new and more efficient hiring solutions
- Help fill the highest priority hiring needs for the company
