Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a dynamic, organized and proactive Office & HR Coordinator to support the smooth running of our Paris office and assist with core HR administrative processes
- Master degree or equivalent (Bac +4 or +5) ; ideally 1 year of experience in office or HR coordination
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of French labor law and HR compliance
- Comfortable using tools like Payfit, HiBob, Benefiz, Deel (or eager to learn)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- French and English fluency required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus!
What the job involves
- This is a hybrid role blending office management and HR admin support, ideal for someone early in their career with a strong operations mindset
- You will join the Talent & Culture team, reporting to the HR Director, and work closely with external partners to deliver an optimal employee experience, both in-person and remotely
- This is a key enabling position within our team, contributing directly to a positive workplace environment, ensuring compliance and supporting our growing European presence
- Be the first point of contact for all employee queries for France and Europe
- Manage onboarding and off boarding tasks and tools (contracts, HRIS profiles in HiBob/Payfit/Deel, link with benefit providers such as insurance, prepare welcome packages…)
- Manage all tasks related to the employment of foreign nationals
- Draft amendments and manage employment documents and updates (promotions, salary changes…)
- Track and follow-up probationary periods, renewals, and terminations
- Maintain payroll updates (absences, parental leaves, address changes, etc.)
- Manage all office supply orders (IT gear, snacks, drinks, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- Coordinate internal events: afterworks, welcome breakfasts, end-of-year celebrations
- Order, Receive and store deliveries, maintain organized inventoryHandle vendor relations (office providers, snacks…)
- Manage physical space issues (ticketing for maintenance, booking rooms, etc.)
- IT Support: Badge management, laptop set up, , basic IT troubleshooting (TVs, Chromebox, etc.) and coordination with the IT team
- Support HR legal projects (e.g. CSE elections), trainings, Index Équité Homme/Femme and policy improvements
- Conduct perks & benefits research and help implement new policies
- Assist in expanding European operations (remote contracts, office openings)

Our take
Potloc originated as a game between its co-founders, who would bet on their predictions of whether businesses in their neighborhood would thrive or fail. As their predictions were nearly perfectly accurate, they realized that local intelligence was key to understanding business outcomes. Potloc developed to gather and analyse this local intelligence on a global scale by analysing data provided by hundreds of thousands of people online.
Though Potloc uses social media to reach its respondents, it does not buy data from Facebook, instead focusing on targeted advertising and careful survey design to ensure that the right people are reached and choose to respond. While numerous companies carry out market analysis, Potloc's focus on the respondent's experience is refreshing and helps it stand out in a crowded field, and this has helped them attain some very large clients, including Decathlon, Nielsen, KPMG and L'Oréal.
Having secured an additional round of funding in 2022, Potloc now intends to expand into the North American and European markets and to further invest in its machine learning data analysis technology. They are also looking to acquire more talent, greatly boosting their workforce as part of their development.
