Who you are
- We are looking for a team player with a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to think crazy differently to deliver results and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in a customer-facing role(s), preferably in tech/SaaS
- Has a deep understanding of and takes great interest in customer’s eco-systems such as CRM, document platforms, signing processes etc
- Possess technical interest with a big passion for customer success
- Highly organized; can manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently & effectively
- Experience in project management

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our US team and focus on customer onboarding, retention and growth
- Lead exceptional customer onboarding to drive rapid adoption and high engagement, ensuring customers maximize their investment in GetAccept
- Educate customers on best practices through quarterly business reviews centered on ROI and identifying new opportunities to deliver additional value to customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding customer goals and guiding them to success with our platform throughout their lifecycle
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, support, and other teams to enhance the customer experience and continuously improve our offerings
- Own expansion opportunities by identifying growth potential within existing accounts and achieving a sales target
- As a US customer success manager, you will be a part of our close-knit NYC based sales team and work closely with a global team of customer success managers and account managers
- You will also get to collaborate with different global teams, including product, support and more
- Ali Khaleel Ali, Head of Sales US, will be your direct manager and take an important role in your personal development!
