What the job involves

Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you implement a portfolio strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth. You support profit and loss management and future business development plans and objectives including new product development and platform opportunities
Working with other internal stakeholders, you will support the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand portfolio growth. You will develop annual plans, setting objectives and allocating resources.
In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, develop and execute marketing plans that deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead the future of our Savoury business, working on Canada's favourite cracker brands. As a part of this role, you will have chance to lead the team on a broad scope of projects to build your marketing and leadership skills:
Brand Strategies: Develop long term vision and strategies to grow the portfolio anchored in consumer needs by collaborating with key cross functional partners
Innovation and Renovation: build long term pipeline of consumer first and customer centric innovation (format, flavors, beyond the core) & renovation. Proactively lead the team to drive both short- and long-term development
Execution with excellence: lead our cross-functional team to deliver end to end execution excellence from commercialisation all the way to customer presentation and in-market execution
Bring insights and analysis into action: become the champion of consumer needs! Proactively monitor brand performance along with key competitors across the market to identify growth opportunities, and work with partners to provide recommendations
Business acumen: lead the team to profitable growth by leveraging all levers of the P&L
Brand building and In-store activation: build brand equity of our Savoury portfolio in Canada by developing remarkable creative & media working with our agency partners
Cross-functional Leadership. Cultivate a growth mindset and strong working relationships with both internal (Sales, R&D, Supply, Revenue Growth Management, Insights & Analytics, Sales planning, E-commerce) and external partners (agencies, packaging designs…)
