• Define and communicate the product vision, objectives, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with company strategy and stakeholder needs
• Undertake product discovery and research to identify opportunities, validate ideas, and shape product direction
• Incorporate feature requests, client/user feedback, and market insights into the roadmap
• Balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility when making prioritization decisions
• Develop clear user stories and acceptance criteria that translate customer needs into actionable development work
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog to ensure the team is focused on delivering the most valuable work
• Work closely with the development squad, participating in stand-ups, planning, refinement, and retrospectives
• Define product KPIs, gather insights, and use data to drive continual improvement
• Collaborate with analytics to define tracking and reporting requirements, and use experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to validate impact
• Manage the product lifecycle from idea to launch, and oversee ongoing optimization
