Senior Product Designer, Scarlet

• 5+ years of experience designing software products
• Expert-level understanding of UX/UI design principles
• Expert-level skill in design tools, e.g. Figma
• Superb communication skills
• Tremulous passion for doing truly great work
• Empathetic and personable: able to build trust and respect with current and potential customers
• Autonomous: able to identify and prioritise problems and design and implement solutions in a self-directed way
• Endlessly curious: always driven to understand why things are the way they are and how they might be different
• Relevant experience building data-heavy B2B user experiences
• Experience wading into a new and complicated domain, e.g. finance, regulatory, defence, etc, and succeeding.
