• 7+ years of experience designing complex digital products
• Proven ability to own product areas from problem definition through shipped solutions
• Experience in contributing to or building scalable design systems
• Strong product thinking and UX fundamentals, with a knack for simplifying complex problems
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and quickly evolving product requirements
• Experience collaborating closely with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality products
