Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, PubNub

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS lifecycle, customer, or retention marketing
• Experience marketing to developer-focused audiences

• At PubNub, customer growth is a key part of our go-to-market strategy. As our Customer Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you'll own the marketing programs that help customers adopt more of our platform, realize greater value, expand their usage, and stay engaged throughout their journey
• You'll lead lifecycle marketing initiatives focused on customer health, retention, expansion, and re-engagement, working closely with Customer Success, Account Managers, and our Go-to-Market Engineering (GTME) team. Success in this role means improving Net Revenue Retention (NRR), reducing preventable churn, and creating a steady pipeline of expansion opportunities across our existing customer base

• Build customer lifecycle and nurture programs
• Design platform expansion and feature adoption campaigns
• Partner with GTME on customer health scoring
• Identify customer expansion signals using data
• Create ROI reports and value summaries for Account Managers
• Execute multi-team penetration campaigns within enterprise accounts
• Build win-back and customer re-engagement campaigns
• Analyze churn trends and improve retention strategies
• Partner closely with Customer Success and Account Managers
• Measure lifecycle program performance and optimize results
