Regional Director of Solutions Architect, dbt Labs

• Reside in the Southeastern U.S. and are willing to work East Coast hours
• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, and retaining top talent)
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience

• Dbt Labs is looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Director of Solutions Architecture to lead our Southeast Solutions Architecture team
• This leadership role will involve growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects, to drive revenue growth and customer success
• The Regional Director of Solutions Architecture will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring technical excellence, and driving the success of our sales efforts, and will partner closely with our sales and broader Americas revenue team
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling
• Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure that we maintain a high talent bar
