Who you are

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is eager to begin or advance their career in sales
Previous experience in a sales, telemarketing, or customer service role is preferred but not required
Familiarity with sales tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce, G-suite, Cognism, Lemlist, Jiminny, Similarweb, Wappalyzer is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to engage potential clients
Ability to quickly learn and understand the payments industry and Super Payments' offerings
Proactive and self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Quick learner and not afraid of rejection

What the job involves

Reports to: Sales Manager
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Super Payments, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities
You will be responsible for managing a list of allocated accounts, ensuring data accuracy, and engaging with potential clients to introduce Super Payments' value proposition
Manage and clean allocated accounts to ensure data is up-to-date and relevant
Verify that accounts are relevant businesses and align with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day to prospective merchants
Deliver concise and compelling pitches to introduce Super Payments and its benefits
Identify key pain points and objections of potential clients and address them effectively
Identify and open opportunities with interested merchants
Provide detailed briefings to Account Executives (AEs) on the opportunities
Book a minimum of 10 meetings per week for the AEs
