- 4+ years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
- Excellent Google Suite and Slack knowledge

- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Works collaboratively with peers

What the job involves
- We are looking for an Executive Business Partner to perform a broad range of administrative tasks and support a portion of our company’s Senior Leadership Team
- You will serve as a strategic partner to leadership, own complex scheduling and calendar management, coordinate travel arrangements but mostly serve as a strategic partner to leadership
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Be organized, structured, and detailed-oriented
- You are an expert at managing complex projects, balancing priorities, and sticking to tight timelines while nailing all the details
- Manage leaders’ calendars and set up meetings
- Ensure the executive’s calendar has clear context and is an impactful use of their time
- Provide opportunities for executives to stay on top of tasks and timelines
- Coordinate and manage team events and offsites
- Make travel & accommodation arrangements
- Manage and submit expense reports
- Create, update and finalize internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Be a sounding board for the climate within all levels of the org(s) that you support and understand when and how to work with cross-functional partners accordingly
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- All Whatnauts are expected to develop a deep understanding of our product. We're passionate about building the best user experience, and all employees are expected to use Whatnot as both a buyer and a seller as part of their job (our dogfooding budget makes this fun and easy!)
