Role
Who you are
- 5+ years’ complex sales experience, preferably in a high technology industry
- Experience in the fleet safety or fleet management industry is a “nice to have” but not required
- Possess the core competencies and behaviors of a high-performing regional leader including identifying customer needs, articulating our service offerings and capabilities, closing sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Able to lead highly complex prospect engagements in working with a team comprised of sales development, solution engineering, field engineering, customer success, finance, fulfillment, and more
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, marketing, economics or related discipline or equivalent experience
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com (or other CRM system) to manage contacts and track sales process and manage pipeline opportunities
- Experience using email engagement platforms that drive top of funnel while performing account planning, and generating performance reports
- Able to travel up to 50 percent of the time or as business dictates
What the job involves
- Netradyne is seeking aggressive sales hunters to drive revenue within regions of North America
- The position will be highly focused on cultivating prospects and closing deals with commercial fleets within a specified geographic territory
- The ideal candidate will utilize their talent, creativity, prospecting pedigree, and professional sales experience to achieve revenue quotas and targets
- Meet or exceed sales targets for the assigned territory
- Targeted prospecting of companies in the commercial vehicle industry
- Own the development of a a healthy pipeline of opportunities sufficient to support your bookings objectives leveraging a multi-faceted prospecting plan
- Develop and implement territory plans; maximizing exposure and opportunities
- Clearly demonstrate to prospects the value proposition of the Driveri™ platform
- Document, track prospecting and forecast activities and opportunities through salesforce.com
- Accurately forecast your business to the rest of the organization
- Be active in the growth of our start-up; be flexible, be deployable and be ready
- Other duties as assigned

Whilst fleets use dash cams to diagnose what went wrong in the event of a collision, such details are limited and can only be provided after it is too late to improve safety standards.
Netradyne provides AI-driven dash cams for commercial vehicle fleets, leveraging computer vision to provide visibility into data points such as driver distraction and distance from other cars. This data is provided in real-time to provide audio alerts to correct the behavior of drivers, whilst also being aggregated into compliance scores to calculate the safety standards of each driver.
Whilst dash cams are nothing new, Netradyne stands out by applying them to computer vision and AI, helping businesses to improve visibility into the safety of their commercial fleets. The company claims to improve the compliance scores of drivers by 90%, reducing the likelihood of accidents that could ultimately be detrimental to driver safety and business operations. 2022 funding of $65 million will be used to accelerate Netradyne's business growth.
