• IllionToOne is looking for a passionate and driven Senior Product Manager to lead the UNITY Fetal Risk Screen product line
• In this impactful role, you’ll collaborate with world-class teams across R&D, medical, engineering, among many other functions to deliver first-and-only prenatal testing
• This position reports directly to the Director of Product, Prenatal
• End-to-end ownership of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen: Take full ownership of the product lifecycle—from early concept development to continuous improvement
• Drive Product Roadmap Execution: Plan, manage, and execute the product roadmap with a focus on timely delivery and strategic alignment with company goals
• Champion Continuous Improvement: Monitor user feedback, behaviors, and market trends to uncover opportunities for enhancements
• Leverage Data for Strategic Decision Making: Analyze key metrics to make data-informed decisions and refine product offerings
• Be the Voice of our Customers: Deeply understand the needs of patients and obstetric providers, becoming the company’s authority on their challenges, desires, and the market landscape
• Lead Program Execution: Mobilize cross-functional teams, to achieve ambitious product milestones and deliver exceptional results
