Who you are
- Experience with Monday.com
- A strong communicator with a sharp eye for tone, timing, and personalization
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks but always looking for ways to make them smarter and more efficient
- Curious and data-minded, with an interest in using metrics to understand and improve performance
- Proactive, organized, and self-directed, but highly collaborative
- Familiar with (and excited by) the creator economy, digital media, and platform operations
- Bonus: You’ve dabbled in content creation or follow creators closely across platforms
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a motivated, data-minded and detail-oriented Sales Ops Specialist (Contract-to-Hire) to support both our Creator Acquisition (AE) and Creator Success (CSM) teams
- This is a full-time, 3-month contract-to-hire role designed for recent grads or early career professionals looking to gain experience at a fast-growing startup
- You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally, supporting both outbound sales initiatives and creator success strategies
- This role has potential to convert to a full-time role based on performance
- You’ll play a key role in activating lead lists, crafting outreach, optimizing internal tools, and helping build the resources that empower creators to succeed on Passes
- Use existing lead lists to engage creators via DMs and other platform-native touchpoints
- Craft personalized, strategic outreach messages that capture attention and drive responses
- Run A/B tests and message experiments to boost reply rates and improve targeting
- Track outreach performance, identify trends, and suggest optimizations to increase qualified meetings
- Build and refine internal tracking tools (Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable, etc.) to monitor outreach effectiveness
- Assist AEs with updating pitch decks, creator case studies, and other outbound sales materials
- Partner with CSMs to improve onboarding documentation, FAQs, and training content
- Contribute to cross-functional initiatives that strengthen internal processes and reduce manual work
- Join team meetings and assist with special projects across Sales, Success, and Ops

Our take
Traditionally, most media was created and controlled by a few central organizations. Then, the internet came along and platforms like YouTube and Facebook democratized content creation while controlling distribution. Now, with the advent of blockchain technologies, Passes is attempting to decentralize power to the creators themselves.
The company delivers a platform for creators to scale their content and own their audiences. For example, a creator could monetize exclusive content such as special merch or even private phone calls. In theory, this should be a dream for creators, but Web 3.0 platforms such as Passes have found that in practice it can be difficult to onboard users.
With that said, Passes claims it is growing and profitable, with payments to creators in the nine figure range. It is also well-funded and acquired rival monetization platform Fanhouse. It should be noted that the company was sued in 2024 over alleged anti-competitive practices, and more recently faces a class-action lawsuit accusing it of distributing child pornography - though Passes strongly refutes these claims.
