Role
Who you are
- 8+ years in demand generation or lifecycle marketing, with at least 5 years in a B2B environment, driving sales pipeline
- Proven experience building and optimizing lead scoring models and frameworks that improve sales efficiency and conversion
- Strong expertise with marketing automation tools (e.g., Hubspot, Marketo, Braze) to build multi-channel, multi-step campaigns
- Deep proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau) to track, measure, and optimize funnel performance
- Track record of reducing time-to-first-touch and improving lead velocity
- Skilled in data-driven experimentation and campaign optimization
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) for generating high-quality copy and assets
- Analytical, growth-oriented, and able to connect marketing activities directly to revenue impact
What the job involves
- We’re seeking a data-obsessed, growth-driven Senior Lifecycle Growth Manager to fuel our sales engine by delivering high-quality leads and accelerating pipeline velocity
- In this role, you’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns designed to generate, qualify, and convert leads — ensuring that sales teams engage with the right prospects at the right time
- You’ll leverage lead scoring frameworks, marketing automation, and data insights to reduce time-to-first-touch, increase lead velocity, and directly impact revenue outcomes
- Own the strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns that drive qualified leads and accelerate sales cycles
- Analyze lead scoring frameworks to help drive new and existing campaigns
- Partner with sales leadership to shorten time-to-first-touch and increase lead velocity across the funnel.Design and execute personalized, multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, in-product) that drive conversion and pipeline growth
- Optimize campaigns based on data — analyzing funnel performance, conversion metrics, and pipeline velocity to iterate quickly
- Lead experimentation and A/B testing to identify the most effective messaging, channels, and offers
- Collaborate with product marketing, revenue operations, and sales to ensure seamless handoffs and shared accountability for outcomes
- Deliver regular reporting and insights on lead quality, velocity, and revenue contribution to senior leadership
- You’ll report to our Director of Lifecycle on the Growth Team
- You’ll collaborate closely with sales, marketing operations, and product marketing to ensure alignment and impact
Our take
The Pandemic caused a major upheaval in the US restaurant industry. Smaller operations struggled to stay afloat amidst brick-and-mortar closures, and as the demand for home delivery soared their margins were tightened further by hefty third-party delivery app charges. Add to that the fact that consumers become customers of the delivery app, not the restaurant itself, and it’s a development that has spelt real trouble for independent locales. Owner has set out to level the playing field.
Owner’s platform provides independent restaurants with the infrastructure they need to take control of their business without deferring to third-party apps like GrubHub and Deliveroo. It offers marketing, online ordering, and support solutions to over 1,000 restaurants across the U.S. The company has taken impressive first strides, too: they have a 7 figure run-rate, over 105% monthly revenue retention, and helped restaurants avoid millions in online order platform fees.
It’s a hugely attractive proposition for independent business owners, and research suggests it’s a winning idea for consumers too. Over 60% say they’d prefer to deal with restaurants directly, but historically the infrastructure simply hasn’t been in place to do so. With Owner seeing impressive traction by tripling its customers between 2023 and 2024, it's unsurprising that its 2024 funding is being channelled into engineering and design teams, alongside the development of new tools.
