Who you are
- Dutch employment law basics
- Dutch sick leave (Wet verbetering poortwachter) knowledge and experience
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Strong Microsoft Office (primarily XLS and PPT) skills
- Fluent English (Dutch is not mandatory but is preferred, as is French)
- A minimum of 1+ years in a similar role within HR
- A bachelor’s degree in a compatible area of study or equivalent relevant professional experience
- This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, handling, or feeling, speaking, listening, and high-level cognitive thinking. Also, must be able to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally. The position requires the ability to travel (~10% of time), drive a vehicle, and utilize other forms of transportation
What the job involves
- Please note: This is a part-time position of 24 hours a week for a fixed term of 6 months with a possibility for extension
- Employee Administration including supporting on-boarding, off-boarding, UWV notifications
- HRIS data entry, running reports, and maintaining personnel files
- Supporting Arbodienst activities and ensuring UWV compliance
- Supporting HR policy drafting and acting as a point of contact for policy questions
- Providing employees and managers with clear guidance and explanations on HR processes
- Escalating complex and/or sensitive cases
- Tracking of key HR dates and working with other departments to keep them informed
- Supporting HR strategic initiatives
- Supporting talent acquisition through resume screening, introductory interviews, and scheduling
- Helping to build a people oriented culture within DeepHealth

Our take

And advancements in AI and robotic solutions, cloud-based software and healthcare apps, are likely to boost industry growth in the future.
Radiologists agree that AI is necessary to compensate for the increase in medical images they need to assess. Without AI, the demand for scans would outgrow the human ability to review them timely and accurately. Aidence provides an AI solution for lung nodule detection and management, which helps improve lung cancer prognosis by detecting, measuring, classifying and tracking the growth of pulmonary nodules on patients' chest CT scans.
Aidence was acquired by US radiology firm RadNet in 2022. Its future goals include expanding its products to detect larger masses on chest CTs and using the data collected from scans to provide further insights into the effectiveness of lung cancer treatments.
