Sales Manager, InMobi

• 3+ years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic advertising, or CTV/OTT advertising — agency or client-side media planning experience is a strong plus
• Demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets across both new business development and existing account growth
• Deep familiarity with the advertising agency ecosystem (holding companies, independent agencies, trading desks)
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex, technical value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starter mentality that balances a hunter’s approach to pipeline development with a farmer’s approach to account growth and retention
• Proven ability to solve customer pain points and technical challenges through proactive, cross-functional problem-solving
• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard sales workflows
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, high-growth environment

• InMobi & Glance are looking for a driven, entrepreneurial Sales Manager to join our growing New York sales team — someone ready to leverage agency or client-services experience and take true ownership of a portfolio, not just a pipeline
• You’ll join a team of sellers who have your back as you master the InMobi and Glance sales ecosystem, representing both platforms — including Glance CTV, Glance lock screen, and InMobi SSP — to brands and agencies across the full sales motion
• This is a visible, high-impact seat on a national sales team at a stable, high-growth global technology company
• You’ll drive new business, grow and deepen existing client relationships, and help shape InMobi and Glance’s North America sales strategy and go-to-market execution
• It’s an ideal next step for a seasoned seller with 5+ years in digital media, programmatic, or CTV advertising who wants a role with real autonomy, real stakes, and a real seat at the strategy table
• Identify, prospect, and close new advertiser and agency accounts, with a focus on national brands and holding company agencies — while developing and growing repeat business from existing advertising customers, partners, and agencies
• Build and manage a robust pipeline across the full sales motion, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets
• Execute private programmatic buying partnerships (PMPs) and data partnerships with direct clients and agencies to enable media activation of InMobi Exchange and InMobi Audiences
• Execute app performance partnerships, including app download and app remarketing campaigns, and upsell media clients into the broader InMobi platform suite (app performance DSP, insights platform)
• Develop and deliver compelling, customized pitch presentations that articulate the full value of InMobi and Glance advertising solutions
• Cultivate and own relationships with media buyers, brand managers, and agency planning teams as a trusted, consultative partner — pre-existing relationships with independent agencies in the market are a plus
• Understand client marketing objectives and connect them to InMobi and Glance solutions across the full platform suite
• Partner with agency planners/buyers, brand strategists, and programmatic teams to identify campaign fits and drive deals through to close
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, ad operations, product, and engineering to align resources and ensure seamless campaign execution against marketer needs
• Maintain a strong command of the mobile advertising, programmatic, and CTV landscape to speak credibly with sophisticated agency and brand buyers
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive positioning, and emerging advertising technologies
• Participate in and actively help shape InMobi North America’s sales strategy, go-to-market approach, and execution plan
• Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams to help inform InMobi and Glance go-to-market strategies
