Role
Who you are
- Strong experience delivering data and digital programs of work within financial services industry
- Experience pre-sales, proposals, stakeholder management
- Track record creating & leading world class teams, solving complex challenges and driving success
- Interest in people, building long and meaningful relationships
- Understand business challenges and have the ability to map this back to primary values (efficiencies, revenue, risk) and proxy measures (MTTR, DORA metrics etc)
- Alignment to esynergy values; honesty, collaboration and growth
What the job involves
- We are looking for a delivery lead to make sure we are delivering a world class service across our customers in our financial services practice
- Manage the delivery of projects, celebrating successes, solving problems & leading teams
- Delivering complex data and digital products and supporting our customers improve ways of working
- Co-creating teams, shaping engagements, pre-sales, pitches and creating new service offerings
- Support communities of practice across our network engage
- Understanding, measuring and delivering value across our engagements (revenue, efficiencies or proxy measures)
