What the job involves

  • As part of Criteo's Solutions Enablement team, you'll help shape our enablement strategy while empowering internal teams to effectively utilize and service our Commerce Yield platform
  • Lead the development of our enablement strategy for internal delivery teams working with retailers
  • Partner with teams globally to understand their training and documentation needs
  • Coordinate with Product and Product Marketing teams to ensure enablement materials align with product roadmaps and launches
  • Identify gaps in current enablement resources (documentation & training materials) and proactively develop solutions
  • Design comprehensive training programs that address real-world challenges our teams face
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal customers across regions to understand evolving needs
  • Create and maintain clear, practical content, including documentation and other formats
  • Drive improvements in our knowledge base structure and content
  • Lead training sessions and workshops that help internal teams make complex platform features accessible
  • Mentor other team members and share best practices
  • Champion initiatives that simplify and improve our ways of working
  • Gather and analyze feedback to continuously improve our enablement materials
  • Ensure our teams have the right resources at the right time to support our retailers effectively
