Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience in brand design, preferably within tech companies or startups, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and digital and print design
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication (or equivalent) from a recognized institution
- An independent problem solver who can take projects from concept to completion, developing compelling creative solutions that align with business goals and audience needs
- A strong communicator and storyteller who can present design ideas with clarity, translate complex concepts into engaging visuals, and provide and receive constructive feedback to foster collaboration and growth
- Growth-oriented, demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a versatile approach to brand challenges
- Strong web design skills, and an understanding of responsive design principles
- Pixel-perfect attention to detail
- Expertise in Figma and Adobe suite applications
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Senior Brand and Marketing Designer to join our team—someone who combines creative vision with strategic thinking
- In this role, you’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to craft visually compelling marketing materials that resonate with diverse audiences
- From transforming complex ideas into impactful brand experiences to balancing big-picture concepts with hands-on execution, you’ll play a key role in elevating our brand and driving meaningful connections
- Develop and execute creative concepts that elevate our brand across multiple touchpoints, including marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, web, and print
- Partner with marketing and content teams to create cohesive, high-impact visual storytelling that aligns with our brand identity and business objectives
- Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all visual communications
- Design marketing materials that effectively communicate our message while maintaining brand integrity
- Leverage data and industry trends to inform creative decisions and enhance brand impact
- Collaborate with external vendors and agencies when needed to execute large-scale projects
