Desirable

• Hours: 35 hours per week Mon- Fri
• At the Physical Security Operations Centre (PSOC), we provide 24/7 support to colleagues across Lloyds Banking Group, helping to keep our people, premises and customers safe
• As a Security Operator, you'll play a key role in monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, providing advice and guidance, and supporting the delivery of a safe and secure environment
• No two days are the same
• You'll be involved in a wide range of activities including alarm monitoring, incident response, access control, governance activities, security advice, remotely resolving faults on security systems and coordinating engineer support when required
• You'll regularly engage with colleagues, suppliers and emergency services, requiring superb communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
• As our Physical Security Operations Centre continues to evolve, you'll also play an important role in helping us better understand our performance through data and management information
• You'll use operational data to identify trends, support reporting, highlight opportunities for improvement and contribute to informed decision-making, helping us continuously enhance the service we provide across the Group
• Monitoring alarms and responding to security incidents
• Providing security advice and guidance to colleagues
• Managing access control requests and supporting security processes
• Remotely diagnosing and resolving faults on security equipment
• Coordinating support from suppliers and engineers where required
• Liaising with colleagues, suppliers and emergency services during incidents
• Producing and supporting management information and reporting activities
• Identifying trends and insights from operational data to help improve service performance
• Supporting quality assurance activities and maintaining operational procedures
• Reviewing and updating playbooks and operational documentation
• Contributing to change initiatives and continuous improvement activities
