Role
Who you are
- Are you passionate about climate solutions and sustainability?
- Experience: 2 plus years in sales or a client-facing role with a proven ability to achieve quotas or KPIs
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with asset management, sustainability, or climate services is a plus
- CRM Skills: Experience using Salesforce or similar tools to manage pipelines and client relationships
- Education: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

- Join our dynamic institutional sales team at ISS STOXX, where you'll drive meaningful change as a junior sales representative
- This is a unique opportunity to combine your sales expertise with a commitment to advancing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) solutions
- You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth through active prospecting, upselling, cross-selling, and reengaging prospective clients—all while gaining invaluable insights and mentorship from seasoned sales professionals
- Expand Our Reach: Identify and engage new clients in a white space territory, showcasing the value of ISS Sustainability and Climate solutions to secure new logo sales
- Reignite Interest: Reengage early-stage prospects and older opportunities to convert them into qualified leads for our Account Executive team
- Maximize Client Value: Analyze renewal books to uncover upsell opportunities by identifying underutilized services, untapped delivery points, or complementary product enhancements
- Track and Report: Keep detailed records of client interactions, meetings, and sales activity in Salesforce to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
- Conducting preliminary forecasts 90+ days ahead to support Account Executive planning
- Following up on client success leads and turning them into new opportunities
- Drafting compelling sales proposals and contracts for Account Executives to finalize and present to prospects
- Contribute to pre and post sales meeting preparation and follow up material needed to drive opportunities forward supporting Account Executives

STOXX, previously Qontigo, was created by capital market giants Deutsche Börse Group in 2019 after its acquisition of stock market indexes STOXX and DAX, as well as portfolio construction and risk analytics company Axioma.
By combining index intelligence with Axioma’s risk analytics, the company’s purpose is to provide hedge fund, wealth, and asset managers with the tools to navigate a quickly shifting marketplace. Although STOXX keeps its customer base under wraps, it claims to work with some of the world’s largest asset management companies and financial institutions.
Considering that Deutsche Börse Group operates the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, it’s no surprise that STOXX is operating in such elite circles. The company has already expanded globally through the US, Europe, Asia, and Oceania, and looks set to keep growing, with a potential IPO looking more and more likely in the future.
