Who you are
- 2+ years of demand gen, social media, or other marketing experience in a B2B SaaS company
- Proven writing skills - in particular, to create compelling, concise, and impactful emails and social posts
- Experience using Marketo, Salesforce, or similar applications
- A good eye for detail, a passion for organization, and an informed POV on what makes communications effective
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
- A roll-up-your-sleeves, get stuff done approach to the day-to-day
- Comfort working in a small, young company, where some things are fully in place and others need to be built from scratch – and where growth and change both happen rapidly
What the job involves
- The Demand Generation Specialist will work closely with our Demand Generation Manager to execute an ever-growing list of demand generation campaigns and will also own Prismatic’s social media cadence
- This is a key role for Prismatic’s marketing team, one we consider critical for our future success, and will report to our VP Marketing
- Work closely with our Demand Generation Manager and other team members to execute demand gen campaigns using content, email, social media, ads, and other channels to help us meet or exceed our quarterly inbound MQL goals
- Own both the strategy and execution of Prismatic’s social presence, including planning, writing, and posting engaging content that reinforces our brand and message
- Write and build newsletters and other marketing emails using Marketo
- Coordinate plans and order/organize content and materials for conferences and webinars
- Distribute our content using channels website, social media, and community groups
- Establish programs to increase our social media following
Our take
App and platform integrations that connect a company’s different functions can take up a lot of engineering time for in-house developers, taking precious chunks out of a product’s timeline to sales. Prismatic cuts this wasted time with its ready-for-use integration platform which comprises integration design, integration marketplace, deployment and support.
Founded in 2019, Prismatic has received substantial funding which has allowed it to grow a footing in the sector. Although its target customer base is narrow, namely B2B SaaS developers, its product proves useful for a lot of a company’s operational wings. For example, its tools can be used for deployment, configuration and updates throughout customer-facing teams as well.
Through the past few years, Prismatic has benefitted from the fact that SaaS teams are looking to cut down their development period. Its growth has reportedly outpaced sales and customer acquisition goals, whilst investment has been used to grow its platform and further expand its workforce.
