Who you are
- We are looking for an Advanced Product Manager with a strong customer focus and a passion for building great products to join us in this exciting journey and support the definition and execution of Feedzai’s Digital Trust Product vision & strategy
- You will be a self-starter with an ability to think strategically, act pragmatically, and have the tenacity, energy and passion to innovate and implement change within the time and resource constraints of an ever changing domain and environment
- BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Cyber Threat Intelligence, or similar technical degree
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management for a Digital or Cyber Intelligence product, or platform with exposure to Device, Network and/or Malware signals and Intelligence
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver a roadmap with modern software development practices
- Language skills: English and preferably Spanish and/or Portuguese

- As a highly motivated and enthusiastic Advanced Product Manager at Feedzai you will play a crucial role in the development of our Digital Trust solution, working across Research and Labs, Engineering, Data Science, Business and Design, and Feedzai customers
- Understanding both the technical and business side of Feedzai’s Digital Trust solution, you will be responsible for developing technologically advanced capabilities that utilise device, behavioural biometric and cyber threat intelligence signals to build out a persistent re-identification of customer trust / customer threats, and practically drive forward the Digital Trust roadmap
- Furthermore, supporting customer facing teams within Feedzai, and customers themselves, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Digital Trust solution is responsive to changing technology standards and real-world problems
- Keeping up-to-date with new threats, new trends and new techniques in signal gathering and processing you will help drive the development of Digital Trust capabilities around Network, Device and Threat / Malware related analysis and detection, and help ensure their practical real-world application and usability
- Research and analysis of key risks within the digital fraud landscape; analysing, developing, building and testing new detection capabilities that utilise data and risk signals from device, behavioural biometric and cyber threat intelligence to recognise user persistency, threat indicators and behavioural anomalies
- Develop product scope and definition for features on the Digital Trust product roadmap, working with all Feedzai teams (e.g. Research/Labs, Engineers, SME, Data Science, etc.) to ensure that technical and PRD documentation is managed through initiation to completion
- Be responsible for actively managing customer feedback through a documented and tracked REQ’s process, promoting resolution through the roadmap and providing evidence to demonstrate that key customer requests are progressing into the Digital Trust product releases
- Consult with wider stakeholders to ensure that Product, Customer and Industry requirements are referenced and documented in the roadmap, escalating where necessary any deviation from these requirements in the development lifecycle
- Help coordinate and support the development of sprint / multi-sprint activities across the engineering development team, ensuring all contributors are clear on the scope of feature delivery, and the role that feature plays within our wider Solution ecosystem
- Partner with cross-functional teams and key internal and external stakeholders to define, prioritise and align product roadmap
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on the vision and execution (Research, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, etc)
- Work with UX/UI Designers, utilise product analytics to develop a deep understanding of user behaviour and identify opportunities for rapid experimentation and product enhancements
- Your First 30-Days at Feedzai:
- You will be immersed in our brand with training, connections, and one-on-one time with your manager
- You may shadow your colleagues virtually or onsite at an office depending on where you work as you are supported through your Feedzai journey
- In addition, you will have access to a ton of information to give you history, context, and all the knowledge you can handle about Feedzai and the team
- Finally, you will start working on projects and collaborating on work currently being done

Many of the world’s largest financial institutions such as Citibank, Fiserv, and Santander, as well as well known fintechs such as SoFi already use Feedzai’s technology.
As the use of digital banking and payments continues to grow during this boom period, so will the increase in financial crime. The company will always face a challenge to improve its technology as fraudsters find new methods to execute financial crimes. In early 2021 they raised a $200 million Series D investment round led by global investment titans KKR. With a +$1.5B valuation, the company remains focused on global expansion, further developing its product offerings, and boosting its partner strategy with a focus on the APAC region.
