Who you are
- 2+ years of experience working within a SaaS organization
- Trustworthy & dependable - you will have access to highly sensitive information where discretion is required
- Highly motivated, organized individual with a strong attention to detail; you are able to work effectively and prioritize with minimal supervision
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of leadership and across multiple offices and timezones
- Strong multi-tasker with an appreciation for the challenges of supporting a growing team and working asynchronously in a hybrid environment
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time while anticipating the needs of others
- Strong relationship management skills, ability to build a personal network throughout the company and work with a variety of personalities
- Bright, high-energy individual, with a passion to learn and contribute, strong adaptability in response to changing priorities and needs
- Experience in a fast-paced startup environment is a big plus as well as proficient using Google Suite, Slack, and Apple products
- Fluent English language skills
What the job involves
- Reporting into the Senior Director, Sales & Alliances, Americas, we are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to support our North American Go-To-Market (GTM) Team
- Your exceptional organizational skills and ability to navigate complex challenges with multiple stakeholders across ranging timezones will be instrumental in optimizing efficiency and fostering collaboration for our North America GTM Organization

- Make yourself a name as a wizard of time management as you strategically coordinate meetings, optimize schedules, and prioritization of time, including 1:1s, team meetings, offsite meetings, and customer/stakeholder meetings across time zones
- Effectively engage with external partners, key customers, and team members to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration
- Enhance efficiency by prioritizing and managing communications, routing messages, and drafting essential documents as needed
- Streamline preparation for meetings, presentations, and projects by proactively gathering and organizing necessary materials
- Provide support with travel planning, logistics, expense and vendor management, and reporting
- Lead and/or coordinate with other departments to execute team events, social gatherings, recognition gestures, and team, department and company offsites
- Support the GTM organization with various coordination relating to talent and learning and development programs
- Work cross-functionally to ensure communication is efficient and clear between teams
- Play a culture ambassador and community builder role for the whole company
- Prepare a variety of presentations, decks, agenda, reports, and other materials and documents as required by the North America Leadership Team,
- Provide support with project management, data analysis and reporting, and general administration as required
Our take
Since launching in 2014, Staffbase has grown into a major name in the internal communications niche. Its platform is used by the likes of Samsung, ALDI, DHL, and Domino’s to create branded, mobile-first communication and information sharing tools which can access a company’s intranet from anywhere.
Staffbase has managed to set itself apart to some extent from the range of other internal communication apps like Slack and Teams by focusing on building a product tailored towards dedicated internal communication teams, rather than taking a more general approach.
This is proving to be a good decision as, with the shift to remote and hybrid working, the last few years have seen Staffbase gather serious momentum. A 2021 merger with Canadian competitor Banantang has been followed up by a series of major funding rounds and a rise to unicorn status. As well as this, it’s been expanding its own product portfolio through a number of strategic acquisitions as it looks to stay ahead of the competition.
