Who you are
- Relevant Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, Consulting or Financial Analytics within a B2B SaaS or high-growth environment
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: A proven track record of taking complex, ambiguous operational problems, analyzing the root cause, and building scalable, structured solutions
- AI Knowledge & Tech Savviness: Strong interest in and hands-on familiarity with AI tools and proficiency across the revenue tech stack (HubSpot, Looker, Google Sheets, Miro, Notion)
- Exceptional Communication & Stakeholder Skills: Ability to articulate technical or complex analytical ideas clearly to diverse audiences and build trust across departments
- Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven capability to independently own high-stakes cross-functional projects end-to-end, setting timelines, aligning conflicting priorities, and delivering outcomes
- Commercial Acumen: Understanding of B2B sales cycles, sales funnel mechanics, territory planning, pricing structures, and incentive models

What the job involves
- You will act as the operational backbone bridging sales strategy, data analytics, process optimization, and cutting-edge tech integration across our global teams
- This is a high-impact role for a proactive problem solver and critical thinker. You won’t just be pulling reports; you’ll be translating raw data into actionable insights that directly influence sales strategy, integrating AI-driven workflows and managing senior cross-functional stakeholders. - Drive Revenue Strategy & Execution: Partner with sales leadership to manage territory design, quota allocation, product pricing, sales funnel performance, and sales attainment tracking across global B2B markets
- Optimize & Automate Processes: Map, streamline, and scale end-to-end sales processes. Leverage AI tools and modern automation to eliminate friction, boost sales team productivity, and accelerate deal velocity
- Master the Data & Analytics: Architect, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting (e.g., Looker, HubSpot, Excel) to monitor revenue metrics and core KPIs, providing leadership with clarity on performance drivers
- Lead Stakeholder Management: Serve as the strategic operational bridge between Sales, Market Teams and Finance, managing cross-functional alignment, expectation setting, and business requests
- Leverage AI & Modern Tech: Identify, test, and implement AI skills, routines and workflow automations to improve pipeline forecasting,streamline the reporting and reduce operational workload
- Partner on CRM Architecture: Collaborate closely with CRM experts to share sales feedback and ensure clean pipeline governance, seamless data integration, and high portal adoption across global teams

Becoming a doctor is challenging, and this already demanding journey is further complicated by the intricate web of the medical education system. The current system often imposes restrictions on collaboration, fails to provide integrated resources, and lacks supportive examination boards.
AMBOSS was founded by doctors initially to help medical students overcome this, but has now extended to become a knowledge platform for all types of medical professionals. Today the company‘s products are used by more than two million healthcare professionals and students in over 170 countries.
The regularly upgraded knowledge base that the company has developed is an incredible growing asset.
