Who you are

4+ years of software development experience with a strong foundation in PHP, Laravel and web development.
Full stack proficiency, with knowledge of both front-end and back-end development (80% back-end with 20% light-touch front-end development).
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.
Ability to manage and participate in technical operations, troubleshooting, and debugging.

What the job involves

Full Stack Development (80%): Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable software using PHP and Laravel.
Technical Operations (20%): Work with operations to understand and optimise our application’s workflow, aiming to improve user self-serve capabilities and efficiency.
User-Centric Feature Development: Design, build and implement features that allow our customers to self-serve as we scale operations.
