Role
Who you are
- Experience in a fast paced operations environment, ideally physical operations e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, physical goods, etc
- Previous experience in a fast paced environment, such as a start up, scale up or consultancy projects in these environments is desirable
- Comfortable in ambiguity, proactive, and able to turn complex challenges into actionable solutions. You thrive on a challenge and consistently deliver results
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills - internally and externally with individuals of all levels
- You are very confident analysing data to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making
Desirable
- Experience in engineering relating to machines and packaging would be advantageous
- Experience in SQL would be advantageous
What the job involves
- This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, it will require flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive mindset from someone who thrives in fast paced environments
- This role will report into our Operations Director and own delivery of business critical projects end to end
- Project Leadership: Take ownership of complex projects, ranging from operational optimization to the launch of new ventures
- Trusted Partner: Utilise and create data-driven insights to advise our Operations Director on strategic initiatives and operational decisions
- Operational Mastery: Ensure efficient workflows and maintain momentum in a high-growth setting
- Cross Functional Communication: Drive outcomes across departments and stakeholders

Back in 2018, Skin + Me's founders identified a huge problem in the world of skincare: people don’t just struggle with their skin – they struggle with how they’re supposed to deal with it. With no truly effective solutions available, the company set out to build a pioneering online dermatology service that provides personalised skincare.
Skin + Me takes customers through a simple online medical consultation and work with dermatologists to prescribe a treatment, personalised to the individual. Part of the company's unique selling point is that its made-to-order formulation arrives through a subscription box each month and comes in a ‘Daily Doser’ – a specially designed bottle that dispenses the exact amount of the product needed for daily application.
Skin + Me is supported by a team of dermatologists, pharmacists and direct-to-consumer experts, which allows it to deliver across the business - from skin science to building the technology platform behind it. The company's growth plans include continual development of its services while ensuring it sticks to its ethos: providing desired, effective, and personalised skincare.
