Who you are
- The ideal candidate will have experience building successful consumer products, and ideally have fintech and/or payments expertise
- 2+ years of direct software product management experience
- Bachelor's or equivalent experience
- Experience in launching or scaling of consumer products
- Domain expertise in fintech, payments or related areas
- Empathy for users with a drive to discover and resolve their pain points
- Ability to thrive in complex and fast-growing environments
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
What the job involves
- We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to progress DailyPay’s Consumer Financial Solutions business
- The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering directly with key stakeholders to build and launch new consumer financial products such as Cross-Border Payments, Credit Monitoring, etc. that help DailyPay users manage and progress their personal finances
- Work on the ideation, design, launch and improvement of products and features that accelerate user adoption and growth
- Prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
- Partner with design on user research and usability testing to ensure user centricity in our product development process
- Partner with Compliance and Legal counterparts to ensure compliance with rules and regulations
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of product initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making and drive product improvements

The fast-growing on-demand pay sector is fuelled both by added financial stressors for employees post-pandemic, and a real employee appetite for on-demand pay - in addition to hopes it will combat the draw of predatory payday loans. Multiple surveys suggest over half consider it an attractive benefit. This should incentivize adoption, as companies are likely to enjoy a competitive edge when it comes to employee recruitment and retention.
DailyPay’s leading reputation has, fortunately, attracted larger businesses who can take the hit, like Macdonalds, Kroger, and Lidl. The company has raised impressive funds which are cited to support domestic growth and international growth. This will allow DailyPay to invest in further product innovation.
