- 5+ years managing digital projects in ecommerce, with a preference for agency experience and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Solid understanding of website frameworks, development processes, and technical terminology
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project management methodologies
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- We are seeking a visionary and accomplished Senior Digital Project Manager to spearhead transformative ecommerce projects. In this role, you will:

- Build and maintain strong client relationships based on transparency and collaboration
- Effectively communicate project goals, updates, and deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction
- Proactively identify innovative solutions to address clients' evolving business needs
- Plan, execute, and oversee ecommerce projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards
- Develop and implement detailed project plans, including resource allocation and risk mitigation strategies
- Lead cross-functional meetings, manage stakeholder expectations, and resolve project challenges effectively
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, Gantt charts, budgets, and status reports
- Conduct thorough post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement
- Contribute to internal initiatives to enhance project management methodologies and tools
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between developers, designers, and quality assurance teams
- Partner with sales teams and clients to support long-term business growth and strategic planning
- Identify, assess, and manage risks and potential roadblocks to ensure seamless project delivery
- Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital project management and ecommerce
- Apply industry insights to enhance project outcomes and deliver exceptional value to clients
