• We’re looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to help build strong, diverse candidate pipelines across technical and non-technical roles. This role is critical to our hiring success as you’ll be the first point of contact for many candidates and a key partner to recruiters and hiring managers
• You’ll own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy, bring creativity to outreach, and help us continuously improve how we identify and engage great talent
• Proactively source candidates across multiple roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, referrals, and other creative channels
• Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
• Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that reflects our employer brand and values
• Screen and qualify candidates at the top of the funnel when needed
• Track and manage candidate activity in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and a strong candidate experience
• Share market insights, sourcing trends, and pipeline health with the recruiting team
